\nThe Account Manager at CreatorFlux Media drives end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns from client management and strategy to execution and reporting. The role focuses on building strong client and creator relationships, ensuring seamless delivery, and identifying growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have experience in digital or influencer marketing, strong communication skills, and a passion for the creator economy.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nClient & Campaign Management:

- Manage a portfolio of brand and agency clients, ensuring flawless execution and on-time campaign delivery. \n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from briefing to reporting. \n
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, creative, talent, and production) to conceptualize and execute high-impact influencer campaigns. \n
- Oversee influencer shortlisting, negotiations, and campaign coordination. \n
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights through detailed reports. \n
Relationship & Business Development:

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients and creator partners. \n
- Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and strategic collaboration. \n
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and innovative campaign ideas. \n
Team Leadership & Development:

- Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring they are aligned on client objectives and execution excellence. \n
- Identify training needs within the team and support their professional development. \n
Qualifications & Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Account Management within a digital or influencer marketing agency. \n
- Proven track record of delivering successful influencer or digital campaigns. \n
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends. \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. \n
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously. \n
- A passion for creators, digital culture, and emerging trends in the creator economy. \n
