About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused French-speaking Customer Service Executives to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other support channels in French and English.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in French is mandatory.
- Good command of English (Spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work Rotational shifts, if required.
