Responsibilities

• Strong troubleshooting skills across Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.
• Working knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience with Wherehouse Management Systems, POS systems and retail technology is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE (Airwatch), Zebra and Honeywell mobility devices, and VoCollect.
• Understanding of 2 Tier/3 Tier network architecture.
• Ability to properly triage and troubleshoot Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and WFi.
• Strong WiFi skillset, and can understand and tune and optimize WiFi networks.
• Basic switch/port configuration, tracing & VLAN segmentation.
• Hands-on experience with Aruba Networks – Switches and Access Points, and Aruba Central, Ekahau Wireless Tools, and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with Wherehouse Management Systems, POS systems and retail technology.
• Hands-on experience with Workspace ONE (Airwatch), Zebra and Honeywell mobility devices, and VoCollect.
