Job Description

- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities (calls, emails, social outreach, etc.) \n
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients \n
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit \n
- Has the ability to strike cold conversations and convert them into anything meaningful / Fierce Networker \n
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic outreach campaigns \n
- Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) \n
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead generation and pipeline development \n
- Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence \n
Qualifications:

- 3–5 years of inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience (preferably in IT or technology sales) \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets \n
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) \n
- A basic understanding of IT solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking) is a plus \n
