Job Description

  • Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound activities (calls, emails, social outreach, etc.)
  • \n
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
  • \n
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit
  • \n
  • Has the ability to strike cold conversations and convert them into anything meaningful / Fierce Networker
  • \n
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop strategic outreach campaigns
  • \n
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales representatives
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • \n
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to lead generation and pipeline development
  • \n
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence
  • \n

Qualifications:

    \n
  • 3–5 years of inside sales, business development, or lead generation experience (preferably in IT or technology sales)
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
  • \n
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
  • \n
  • A basic understanding of IT solutions (e.g., SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, networking) is a plus
  • \n
