We are looking for a Footwear Sales experienced and result-oriented Category Lead to drive business growth across Gujarat. Key Responsibilities: • Achieve sales and growth targets for the category across the state. • Expand distribution and strengthen market presence. • Manage distributors and key channel partners. • Ensure product availability and optimal inventory levels. • Execute promotional activities and retailer engagement programs. • Lead and guide the sales team to deliver business objectives. • Analyze market trends and provide inputs for category development. • Drive sustainable growth and increase market share. • Reporting to ASM / RSM. Requirements: '14; 8–15 years of experience in Sales/Category Management/Channel Management. '14; Strong leadership and business development skills. '14; Experience in handling state-level operations. '14; Willingness to travel across Gujarat. '14; Should have Footwear Sales experience.
