The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious designer who wants to combine creativity with international sourcing, luxury client interaction and global travel.

You will work directly with the founders and play a pivotal role in designing exceptional interiors while identifying and curating world-class products from international manufacturers.

Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design & Client Experience

• Meet HNI and UHNI clients to understand their lifestyle, aspirations and functional requirements.
• Develop elegant design concepts, mood boards and material palettes.
• Prepare furniture layouts, styling concepts and interior presentations.
• Curate complete furniture, lighting and décor packages for luxury residences.
• Present concepts confidently and convert ideas into exceptional client experiences.

Global Product Sourcing

• Source premium furniture, lighting, wardrobes, kitchens, décor and accessories from international manufacturers.
• Build long-term relationships with suppliers across China, Italy and other design destinations.
• Stay updated on global design trends, materials and innovations.
• Negotiate specifications, finishes, pricing and production timelines with suppliers.
• Evaluate product quality and identify new collections suitable for the Indian luxury market.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with vendors, factories and logistics partners.
• Prepare BOQs, specifications and procurement schedules.
• Ensure timely execution from design approval through installation.
• Work closely with project teams to resolve design and sourcing challenges.

Business Development Support

• Participate in client presentations and luxury sales consultations.
• Support the founders during customer meetings.
• Help create an exceptional luxury buying experience that differentiates MINOSÉ.

International Travel

The role requires frequent international travel.

The selected candidate should be comfortable travelling approximately 10–12 days every month , primarily to China and Italy , for:

• Factory visits
• Supplier meetings
• Furniture exhibitions
• Product sourcing
• Quality inspections
• Design inspiration tours

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 3–7 years of relevant experience
• Experience with luxury residential interiors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
• Experience with sourcing or procurement is an added advantage
