Product Design-Design System

Job Purpose:

Design, build, and scale Design System across web and mobile platforms. This role focuses on creating consistent, accessible, and reusable design components while leveraging AI-powered design workflows to improve design efficiency, accelerate product development, and ensure seamless collaboration between Design and Engineering teams.

Who You Are:

• 8+ years of Product Design experience, with at least 4 years specializing in Design Systems.
• Strong expertise in designing and scaling Design Systems across web and mobile platforms.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Design Tokens.
• Experience creating scalable component libraries, documentation, usage guidelines, and governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, Generative Design tools, or AI-assisted prototyping workflows.
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, React, and how design systems integrate with engineering workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Brand teams to deliver consistent user experiences.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Strong systems thinking, visual design expertise, and attention to detail across typography, spacing, color, and interaction design.
