As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a professional Front Desk Executive who can deliver an outstanding front desk experience while representing the company with confidence and professionalism. Job Description We are seeking a confident and well-groomed Front Desk Executive with a hospitality background and 3–5 years of experience in front desk operations, reception, guest relations, or other client-facing roles . Candidates with prior experience in the hotel industry will be preferred. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, a professional attitude, and a strong customer service mindset. As the first point of contact for the organization, you will be responsible for reception management, visitor management, client interaction, call handling, and business communication , ensuring every client, visitor, and international business partner receives a seamless and professional experience. Key Responsibilities %CF; Manage the front desk and reception area with professionalism and efficiency. %CF; Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and international business partners. %CF; Handle incoming and outgoing calls with excellent telephone etiquette. %CF; Respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, and other business communications professionally. %CF; Coordinate appointments, meetings, and visitor schedules with internal teams. %CF; Maintain visitor records and support day-to-day administrative activities. %CF; Ensure smooth front desk operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. %CF; Maintain high standards of grooming, workplace etiquette, and professional presentation. Qualifications %CF; Graduate in any discipline. A degree or diploma in Hotel Management will be preferred. %CF; 3–5 years of experience in front desk operations, reception, hospitality, guest relations, or client-facing roles. %CF; Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage. %CF; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. %CF; Strong interpersonal, client relationship, and customer service skills. %CF; Professional appearance with high grooming standards. %CF; Good organizational and multitasking abilities. %CF; Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and basic administrative tasks.
