With global recognition and rapid expansion plans, we are building a strong operational and finance team to support our growth.\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant Intern to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial processes. This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nReal-Time Accounting\nAssist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts in Tally\nEnsure accuracy in financial entries and transactions\nTransaction Management\nSupport handling of daily accounting transactions including invoices, purchase orders, debit notes, and credit notes\nMaintain proper documentation and records\nFinancial Reporting\nAssist in preparing petty cash reports\nSupport account reconciliations for payables and receivables\nPayment Processing\nHelp ensure timely payments to banks, vendors, and suppliers\nAssist in monitoring cash flow\nCompliance & Documentation\nSupport compliance-related tasks, filings, and documentation\nEnsure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements\nMIS Reporting\nAssist in preparing MIS reports and financial data for management\nAudit Support\nCoordinate with auditors and assist in internal and external audits\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred), or candidates currently in their final year or recently graduated.\nFreshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply\nBasic knowledge of Tally and accounting principles\nFamiliarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets\nUnderstanding of GST and compliance is a plus\n\nKey Skills\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nGood organizational and time management skills\nAnalytical and problem-solving ability\nEffective communication and coordination skills\nAbility to handle confidential information responsibly\n\nWhy Join Us\nWork with a fast-growing, innovation-led startup\nGain hands-on exposure to end-to-end accounting processes\nOpportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment\nSupportive and collaborative team culture\n\nIndustry\nAppliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing
