\nQualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering \n
- 8+ years of experience in Transmission Line and Substation Projects \n
Key Requirements

- Mandatory experience in Transmission Line, Substation Construction, and Commissioning Projects \n
- 8+ years of experience in Transmission Line and Substation Projects \n
- Strong manpower management experience (20–25 team members) \n
- Expertise in project planning, documentation, MIS, and progress reporting \n
- Sound knowledge of transmission standards, codes, and construction practices \n
- Experience in monitoring civil, mechanical, and electrical activities at project sites \n
- Vendor management, resource allocation, and budget control skills \n
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities \n
- Willingness to travel and relocate as per project requirements \n
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution and timely approvals. \n
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure completion within agreed timelines and budgets. \n
- Ensure strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards and promote a strong safety culture across project sites. \n
- Review project risks, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and operational disruptions. \n
Role Summary
\nLead and manage transmission project execution, site operations, manpower deployment, vendor coordination, compliance, and reporting to ensure safe, quality-driven, and timely project delivery.
