Project Description:\nWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager responsible for ensuring that our service delivery team delivers an exceptional customer experience that will result in increased business engagement and customer satisfaction.\n\nResponsibilities\n:- Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams processes and tasks are carried out efficiently\n.- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context\n.- Determining ways to reduce costs without compromising customer satisfaction\n.- Manages area(s), customer(s), or team(s) of company employees with well- defined, limited scope, including directing daily work activities/priorities, people recruitment and development, cost management, and direction-setting within the area of responsibility\n.- Coaches and mentors employee direct reports. May coach and mentor non- direct reports as needed\n.- Manages team and individual performance\n.- Monitor and ensure organizational goals and contractual commitments are met (e.g. budget/cost, service availability, responses, reports)\n.- Advise management and peers on matters of importance to area(s) of responsibility.

Propose/influence direction-setting\n.- Resolve/monitor customer escalations as appropriate\n.- Establish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts and appropriate customer management, with an objective of maintaining and building the business\n\n.\nMandatory Skills Descriptio\nn:- 10+ years proven experience delivering complex Fixed Bid Migration Projects in Banking/Capital Marke\nts- Must have experience in Trade Surveillan\nce- Must have deep & strong experience in any one of belo\nw:• Equities and Fix Inco\nme• Commodities - especially Precious & Base Meta\nls• FX Options - expert in FXO strategies and Structur\nes• Reference Data - expert in building reference data system and integrations with market data provide\nrs- Technical background with intermediate to advanced level knowledge in Python/Pyspa\nrk- Experience in managing teams of 50+ peop\nle- Holistic knowledge of business processes and various scenarios , challenges and opportuniti\nes- Carve out and envisage business challenges and requirements to a comprehensive soluti\non- Discuss and understand the project, purpose, goal, team, timelines, challenges, requirements, potential risks, its mitigation, plan, communication mode and high level customer expectatio\nns- Good communication and English language competen\ncy- Experience with managing project schedules, finances, risks and issue\ns.- Close attention to detail and ability to sum up key messages for stakeholde\nrs- Weekly project updates, their completed tasks and review, plan for next action poin\nts- Understanding of project governance & Agile standards and procedure\n\ns.\nLanguag\nes:English: C2 Profici\n\nent
