Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Presales Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud , especially across Financials, Procurement, Projects , and related enterprise business processes.\n\nThis role is ideal for a senior presales, consulting, or solution advisory professional who can engage confidently with CXO-level stakeholders, shape complex ERP transformation opportunities, and position Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP as a platform for enterprise-wide business modernization.\n\nRole Overview\nThis role will be responsible for driving strategic ERP cloud transformation opportunities by combining strong enterprise solutioning skills, business process knowledge, and industry advisory experience. The role requires the ability to understand customer challenges, define transformation roadmaps, and develop compelling Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions across large and complex sales cycles.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nEngage with CXO-level executives, senior business leaders, and technology stakeholders to lead strategic ERP transformation conversations.\nDrive solutioning for large and complex Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud opportunities across Financials, Procurement, Projects, and related business areas.\nAdvise customers on On-Premises to Cloud and SaaS transformation journeys, including business value, roadmap, architecture, adoption, and change considerations.\nLead customer workshops, discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, executive presentations, and transformation discussions.\nPartner closely with Sales, Consulting, Delivery, and Product teams to develop differentiated value propositions, solution strategies, and winning deal narratives.\nSupport RFP responses, proposal development, business case creation, solution documentation, and executive-level presentations.\nBring strong industry insights and enterprise domain knowledge to position Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud as a business transformation platform.\nContribute to account strategy, opportunity qualification, competitive positioning, and customer engagement planning.\n\nDesired Experience\nStrong experience in enterprise consulting, presales, solution advisory, ERP transformation, or similar customer-facing leadership roles.\nDeep knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, particularly across Financials, Procurement, Projects, and associated business processes.\nExperience with On-Premises to Cloud, SaaS transformation, or enterprise application modernization programs.\nPrior experience with consulting organizations, global system integrators, or enterprise technology firms will be highly preferred.\nStrong industry domain experience is expected; BFSI exposure will be a distinct advantage.\nHands-on or advisory experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or other leading enterprise ERP platforms will be valuable.\nProven ability to influence stakeholders across Sales, Consulting, Delivery, Product, and customer organizations.\nStrong communication, storytelling, executive presentation, and business advisory skills.\n\nQualifications\nProfessional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent credentials will be an added advantage but are not mandatory.\n\nJob Location\nMumbai or Gurugram
