We're Hiring | Executive – Design (Healthcare)\n\nLocation: Hosur\nQualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical/Product Design or related discipline)\nExperience: 3–7 Years\n\nNilkamal Edge is looking for a talented Executive – Design (Healthcare) to join our Design & Development team.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop innovative healthcare products using SolidWorks .\nCreate 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.\nPerform design calculations, feasibility studies, and material selection.\nApply GD&T, DFM, and DFA principles to optimize product design and manufacturability.\nSupport prototype development, product testing, validation, and production handover.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to ensure successful product development.\nMaintain PLM documentation and process SKU/code creation.\nSupport product costing, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nReview customer specifications and tender requirements to recommend effective technical solutions.\n\nDesired Candidate Profile\n'14;️ 3–7 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design and Development.\n'14;️ Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (mandatory).\n'14;️ Experience in preparing manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.\n'14;️ Working knowledge of GD&T, DFM, DFA , and product validation processes.\n'14;️ Experience in medical furniture, healthcare equipment, modular furniture, office furniture, or manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.\n\nInterested candidates can share their updated resume at: [email protected]
