As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities.\n\nLocation: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Noida\nImmediate joiners preferred\n\nWindchill MPMLink Architect / Analyst\nBirlasoft is looking for Windchill MPMLink Architect / Analyst who will own the functional and solution architecture of Manufacturing PLM using PTC Windchill MPMLink, while also acting as the lead business analyst for manufacturing processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure alignment with manufacturing best practices and PLM standards\nLead requirement‑gathering workshops with Manufacturing, Engineering, and other teams\nAnalyze AS‑IS and TO‑BE manufacturing processes:\nDefine functional requirements for the business processes to be implemented\nOwn end‑to‑end MPMLink solution design, including: Manufacturing BOM (MBOM) architecture, EBOM → MBOM associativity and transformation rules, Plant / site‑specific manufacturing views\nDefine OOTB vs configuration/customization strategy for MPMLink\nDrive defect triage and validation sign‑off\nDefine functional requirements for MPMLink integration with ERP / MES\nConduct user training, demos, and adoption support for manufacturing users\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nStrong hands‑on experience with PTC Windchill MPMLink\nDeep understanding of: Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), EBOM‑MBOM transformation, Process Plans, Operations, and Resources\nExperience working with PDMLink + MPMLink together\nStrong knowledge of: Windchill data model and manufacturing objects, Manufacturing Change Management, ERP publishing scenarios from MPMLink\nAbility to define solution architecture while remaining hands‑on in functional analysis\nTypically 8–12+ years of PLM experience with significant MPMLink exposure\nExperience in Manufacturing / Automotive / Industrial / Aerospace domains strongly preferred.
