We're Hiring | Accounts & Compliance Lead – Real Estate
Baner, Pune | ANP Corp
We are looking for a young, high-ownership Accounts & Compliance professional to work directly with our main Accounts and Finance Lead.
This person will be responsible for helping ensure that books are complete, accounts are regularly updated, and statutory compliances are tracked and closed on time. The role requires strong knowledge of accounts, GST, TDS, and ideally RERA, along with excellent administrative discipline around task tracking, follow-ups, and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure books of accounts are complete, updated, and properly reconciled.
Track and support GST, TDS, RERA, and other finance/compliance-related requirements.
Maintain compliance calendars and ensure deadlines are not missed.
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, auditors, and vendors for required information and closure.
Track pending finance and accounts tasks and follow up aggressively until completion.
Support month-end and periodic books closure.
Assist in project-wise accounting and reporting for real estate operations.
Prepare regular updates for the Accounts and Finance Lead on pending items, blockers, and completed tasks.
Lead or coordinate junior accounts resources where required.
Improve internal tracking systems, checklists, and reporting discipline.
What we're looking for:
Strong understanding of accounting, GST, TDS, and compliance processes.
Real estate or construction industry experience preferred.
RERA exposure strongly preferred.
Ability to maintain trackers, follow up consistently, and drive closure.
Strong ownership mindset and leadership ability.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work directly with senior finance leadership.
