\nKey Responsibilities

- Welcome members and visitors and provide a positive first impression. \n
- Handle walk-in, phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries. \n
- Assist with membership registrations, renewals, upgrades, and payments. \n
- Coordinate appointments and maintain front desk operations. \n
- Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day administrative activities. \n
Requirements

- Bachelor's degree preferred. \n
- 1–3 years of experience in front office, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities. \n
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems. \n
- Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude. \n
