Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome members and visitors and provide a positive first impression.
  • \n
  • Handle walk-in, phone, email, and WhatsApp enquiries.
  • \n
  • Assist with membership registrations, renewals, upgrades, and payments.
  • \n
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain front desk operations.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records and support day-to-day administrative activities.
  • \n

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • \n
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • \n
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • \n
  • Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude.
