Sales Specialist

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to drive business growth by acquiring new customers, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven background in field sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Meet prospective customers and promote company products/services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing .
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
