Assistant Project Manager – MEP (Planning) Location: Manikonda, Hyderabad Salary: ₹10.5 LPA – ₹16 LPA Experience Required: 10–12 Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager – MEP (Planning) to join our team for high-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely project execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and master project plans. Review and monitor contractors' progress schedules to ensure adherence to project timelines. Conduct and chair coordination meetings with contractors and stakeholders, while maintaining MOM (Minutes of Meeting). Review MEP drawings and coordinate with consultants for design clarifications and approvals. Track daily project progress against planned schedules and identify potential delays. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to Reporting Manager (R.M.). Maintain and update the project master schedule throughout the project lifecycle. Follow up on drawing submissions, approvals, and other project deliverables. Ensure effective coordination among project teams, consultants, and contractors. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 10–12 years of experience in MEP Planning and Project Management. Strong knowledge of project scheduling and planning methodologies. Experience in contractor management and project coordination. Proficiency in project planning tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent. Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines. Preferred Background '05; High-Rise Residential Project Experience is Mandatory Why Join Us?
