Job Description
Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site position in Mumbai is for a Associate Director in Events Operations. The role involves managing the daily operations of events, overseeing customer service interactions, event planning, stakeholder communication, and budgeting for multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting and project planning for large-scale events and experiences
- Ensuring that design, execution, and production meet the client's specifications
- Overseeing quality control of external resources
- Engaging with new vendors and managing vendor relationships, staying updated on their latest offerings
- Familiarity with the newest technologies in lighting, sound, AV, etc., and the latest production elements
- Managing large projects, addressing potential issues proactively, and ensuring everything runs according to plan
- Direct interaction with key clients, understanding their needs, and developing tailored project plans
- Collaborating effectively with all internal teams to ensure successful event execution
Qualifications & Skills :
- Graduation required, post-graduation in Marketing/Event Management preferred.
- 10+ years of Operations experience in events.
- Strong relationships with corporate decision-makers and agencies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, effective negotiator, and strong communicator.
