\nWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth & Partnership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach activities, and setting up meetings. This role requires communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential customers through various channels. \n
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods. \n
- Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges. \n
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team. \n
- Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and interactions in CRM software. \n
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships. \n
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies. \n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets. \n
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. \n
Required Qualifications
\nMandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development. \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \n
- Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting. \n
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools. \n
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. \n
- Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results. \n
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, BPO, or B2B Sales. \n
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools. \n
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. \n
