Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Growth & Partnership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, conducting outreach activities, and setting up meetings. This role requires communication skills, persistence, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
  • \n
  • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting methods.
  • \n
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • \n
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and interactions in CRM software.
  • \n
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies.
  • \n
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.
  • \n
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • \n

Required Qualifications

Mandatory

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
  • \n
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • \n
  • Experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • \n
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT Services, SaaS, Digital Marketing, BPO, or B2B Sales.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation tools.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
