Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Lead Generation Expert to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified business opportunities through outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation initiatives.
The primary objective of this role is to secure meetings and discovery calls with decision-makers such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Compliance Managers, and Founders.
Cybersecurity industry experience is highly preferred, but candidates with a strong B2B technology lead generation background will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities through cold calling, cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, database prospecting, referrals, and networking.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers across target organizations.
• Schedule meetings and introductory discussions for the sales team.
• Research prospective companies and maintain target account lists.
• Create and execute outreach campaigns to improve response and meeting conversion rates.
• Qualify prospects based on business requirements, budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activities and performance metrics.
• Build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
• Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and industry developments.
Required Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, SDR, Inside Sales, or Appointment Setting roles.
• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting tools.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities.
• Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT Services, SaaS, or Technology Sales.
• Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and enterprise technology environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Seamless.ai, or similar lead generation platforms.
