Job Description:
The Research Laboratory In-Charge will manage day-to-day laboratory operations, equipment, inventory, scheduling, compliance, safety, and documentation. The role ensures that researchers, technicians, and interns have the resources and controlled environment required for smooth laboratory work.

The Research Laboratory In-Charge will manage day-to-day laboratory operations, equipment, inventory, scheduling, compliance, safety, and documentation. The role ensures that researchers, technicians, and interns have the resources and controlled environment required for smooth laboratory work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily laboratory operations and workflow scheduling.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, safety, and biosafety standards.
- Monitor inventory of chemicals, reagents, consumables, glassware, and lab supplies.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor follow-ups, and stock records.
- Ensure equipment calibration, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and usage logs.
- Maintain SOPs, laboratory registers, sample records, and compliance documentation.
- Support audits, inspections, and quality review activities.
- Coordinate with research staff, technicians, interns, vendors, and administration.
Requirements:
- M.Pharm, Pharm.D, M.Sc., M.Tech, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Prior laboratory management or research laboratory experience preferred.
Required Skills:
- Laboratory operations management.
- Inventory and vendor coordination.
- GLP/GMP documentation.
- Equipment maintenance coordination.
- Scheduling, supervision, and compliance tracking.
