4. Job Purpose
<\/h2>

This role is part of Rapyder's Enterprise Sales team for the South Region and is responsible for driving cloud adoption and digital transformation initiatives within large enterprise accounts. The Manager - Cloud Consulting will own strategic enterprise accounts end\-to\-end, drive new logo acquisition, build CXO\-level relationships, and position Rapyder as a trusted advisor for Cloud, Security, Data, and AI\-led solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong hunting mindset, proven experience managing enterprise accounts in the South region, and a demonstrated track record of achieving annual service sales targets of 10 Cr or more while driving profitable business growth.

5. Primary Responsibilities

Enterprise Account Ownership

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across the South region.

  • Drive revenue growth, wallet share expansion, and customer retention.
    <\/li>\n
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans and growth strategies.
    <\/li>\n
  • Build strong executive relationships across customer organizations.
    <\/li>\n
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

    New Business Acquisition & Hunting

    • Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers.
      <\/li>\n
    • Build a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market intelligence.

    • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities.
      <\/li>\n
    • Create and execute strategic plans for target accounts.

      CXO Engagement & Solution Selling

      • Build and sustain CXO\-level relationships.
        <\/li>\n
      • Lead discovery workshops and strategic discussions.
        <\/li>\n
      • Position Cloud, Security, Data, AI, and Managed Services solutions.
        <\/li>\n
      • Conduct business value conversations aligned to customer priorities.

        AWS & Partner Collaboration

        • Collaborate closely with AWS partner teams, BDMs, PDMs, and OEM partners.
          <\/li>\n
        • Drive joint pipeline generation and cloud adoption initiatives.
          <\/li>\n
        • Execute GTM programs, workshops, and account\-specific campaigns.

          Sales Execution & Internal Collaboration

          • Manage commercial negotiations and deal closures.
            <\/li>\n
          • Work closely with Marketing, Pre\-Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams.

          • Ensure timely proposal submissions and customer engagement activities.

          • Maintain forecast accuracy and ensure timely collections.

            Market Intelligence & Feedback

            • Monitor customer, competitor, and market trends.

            • Share actionable insights with leadership.

            • Identify emerging opportunities in Cloud, Security, Data, and AI services.

              Requirements \/ Experience & Skills
              <\/h2>

              Mandatory Requirements

              • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise IT services, cloud consulting, or technology sales.
                <\/li>\n
              • Strong experience managing Enterprise Accounts in the South region, particularly Bengaluru.
                <\/li>\n
              • Experience working with organizations having annual revenues between 300 Cr and 700 Cr.
                <\/li>\n
              • Proven hunting capability with a strong track record of acquiring new logos.
                <\/li>\n
              • Demonstrated success in driving new business and enterprise sales growth.
                <\/li>\n
              • Experience carrying and achieving annual service sales targets of 10 Cr or more.
                <\/li>\n
