Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM solutions across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules.
- Define end-to-end solution blueprints aligned with business objectives, ITIL best practices, and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions.
- Provide architectural governance, design reviews, and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive integrations with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and middleware platforms.
- Support CMDB, CSDM, platform strategy, performance optimization, security, and compliance initiatives.
- Mentor development teams and ensure adoption of ServiceNow best practices and standards.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, CMDB, CSDM, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
- Experience in solution architecture, integrations, platform governance, and stakeholder management.
- ServiceNow CSA certification mandatory; CIS-ITSM preferred.
