Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Integration Developer to design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow development to deliver scalable and secure integration solutions.Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party applications, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Build and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Flow Designer flows, and reusable integration components.
- Develop inbound and outbound integrations, data exchanges, and automation workflows across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide production support.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, security guidelines, and best practices for integration implementations.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and integrations.
- Expertise in REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
- Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and ACLs.
- Knowledge of ITSM processes, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with platforms such as Azure, Jira, Okta, Kafka, CRM/ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
