Manual Testing Technical Specialist-Testing Services

Area(s) of responsibility

Perform functional, SIT, regression, and UAT testing across D365 and integrated web applications

Analyze business requirements, workflows, and system integrations to design effective test scenarios

Validate end-to-end business processes, data flow, and UI/API integrations

Execute web testing including UI, cross-browser, and API validations

Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA/Azure DevOps

Contribute to shift-left/in-sprint automation using Java selenium/Playwright to improve regression efficiency

Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Git)

Required Skills

Strong experience in D365 and web applications testing

Expertise in test design, execution, and defect management

Experience with integration testing and E2E validation

Hands-on with Selenium WebDriver (Java)

Knowledge of API testing (RestAssured/Postman)
