Associate Director - WFM
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Associate Director with deep WFM expertise who will lead end-to-end program delivery, client engagements, and practice development initiatives.
The individual will:
Own complex, multi-workstream WFM engagements
Act as a strategic advisor to clients
Drive solution design, delivery excellence, and innovation
Develop and scale WFM capabilities within KGS
The role demands strong leadership, consulting acumen, and deep functional expertise across modules like Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Forecasting
Qualification:
10+ years of experience in Workforce Management (WFM)

Deep expertise in:
Timekeeping
Scheduling
Accruals
Forecasting
Attendance
Workforce analytics

Strong experience in:
WFM transformation programs
Process design and implementation
Testing, migration, and deployment
Hands-on experience with UKG/Kronos WFM preferred
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Proven track record of leading large teams and complex engagements
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Additional Requirements:
Experience working with US and global clients
Exposure to multi-geo delivery models
Strong commercial acumen and proposal experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment
Strong alignment to risk, compliance, and governance standards
Education / Years of Work Experience:
MBA (HR) or equivalent postgraduate degree preferred
10+ years of relevant WFM experience, with at least
3-5 years in leadership / program management roles
Key Responsibilities:

Engagement Leadership
Lead end-to-end WFM transformation programs across global clients.
Oversee multiple project workstreams including Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals, Attendance, and Forecasting.
Ensure on time, high-quality delivery with strong governance and risk management.
Act as primary escalation points for delivery issues and client concerns.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
Drive executive-level conversations and influence decision-making.
Own client relationship management, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Lead SteerCo updates, governance forums, and executive reporting.

Solutioning & Functional Expertise
Provide strategic directions on WFM solution design and architecture.
Guide teams on complex WFM configurations and process design.
Bring expertise in UKG/Kronos and related WFM ecosystems.
Ensure alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.

Practice Development
Build and scale WFM capability within HCA.
Develop accelerators, assets, methodologies, and reusable frameworks.
Drive thought leadership (POVs, whitepapers, internal initiatives).
Support business development, proposals, and solutioning for new deals.

People Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop Managers, Assistant Managers, and Consultants.
Drive team capability building and upskilling.
Ensure strong team engagement, performance management, and career development.
Foster a high-performance and collaborative culture.

Establish strong program governance frameworks.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
Ensure compliance with KPMG risk and quality standards.
