Job Description:
- Candidate should have a minimum of 1 or 2 end-to-end implementation experiences for all modules
- One resource can have both PMGM and SPCDP skill sets (these are related skills and not niche)
Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will ensure that the applications align with the organization's needs and contribute to its overall success. You will collaborate with the team, make decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems for both your immediate team and across multiple teams. There will also be opportunities to showcase creativity and contribute to the continuous improvement of the applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME)
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively
- Responsible for team decisions
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams
- Ensure the successful design, build, and configuration of applications
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of applications
- Support the implementation of best practices in application development
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices
- Experience designing and developing applications using SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central and Learning Management System
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements
Additional Information:
- Minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
- Position is based at our Hyderabad office
- 15 years of full-time education is mandatory
