Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement project management best practices
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles
- Train team members on Agile values, principles, and Scrum events/artifacts
- Assist Product Owner with product backlog and process improvement
- Optimize and organize product backlog
- Promote transparency in processes and resolve conflicts
- Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders, and team members to align with organizational goals and improve Scrum process
- Identify and remove roadblocks to keep the project on track
- Manage project risks effectively
- Implement changes to boost team productivity
- Secure business approvals and establish communication channels
- Present weekly status updates to stakeholders to mitigate risks/issues
- Build a comprehensive project communication plan and manage key communication efforts
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure implementation of best practices
Skills Required:
- 8-10+ years of overall IT experience
- 5-7 years of project communication experience
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile project management tools
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Data Engineering & Analytics project delivery following Agile methodologies
- Ability to track and report key Agile metrics
- Agile Project Management certification preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills
