Job Title: Ataccama DQ Tech Lead

Job Description:
- 8+ years of IT experience
- Design, develop, and implement data quality solutions using Ataccama One
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and create technical specifications
- Provide design guidance to the team
- Integrate Ataccama with multiple data sources and systems
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter preferred)
- Experience in business/data analysis, integration, quality controls, and data governance
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data quality dimensions
- Design and develop data quality mappings and workflows with complex transformations
- Identify data producers and define start/end points for critical data elements (CDEs)
- Ensure adherence to standards for mapplets and manage code migrations
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in data management
- Analyze data to identify quality issues
- Coordinate solutions with stakeholders such as technology teams, data stewards, and business data owners
- Handle error records, reconciliation, and stewardship processes

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and writing skills (mandatory)
- 4+ years of experience with Ataccama ONE
- Proficient in SQL and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL
- IDQ/Informatica certifications (nice to have)
