Job Purpose: Lead - Office Leasing is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations for large office spaces at large assets, ensuring effective marketing, tenant management, and lease negotiations. This role focuses on increasing occupancy rates by leading a team that conducts property tours, reviews tenant applications, and negotiates lease terms. The Lead works to match prospective tenants with suitable office spaces while ensuring the company's goals for revenue and tenant retention are achieved.
Education Qualification:- Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or a related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Real Estate Management (preferred)
- No Certification Required
Adani Airport City is developing Hospitality led Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities constituting Retail, Office, Hotels and Convention Centres across various cities - Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial Phases.
The Lead Office Leasing will be responsible for leading the leasing activities for Adani's City Side Development (CSD). This role requires a seasoned professional with 12-18 years of office leasing experience in the realty and airport industry, who can effectively strategize, negotiate, and manage leasing operations for Office to optimize the occupancy and financial performance of Adani's City Side Development. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the real estate market, and a proven track record of successfully leasing office spaces in high-demand locations. This position will report to the Head - Office Leasing.
Experience:- 12-18 years of experience in office leasing industry
- Proven track record of successful leasing activities in high-demand locations
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
- Develop and implement office leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income for Adani's City Side Development properties primarily in Navi Mumbai & Mumbai and be responsible for office leasing of all assets of Adani's City Side Development
- Negotiate lease agreements and other related contracts with potential tenants, ensuring favorable terms for Adani
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market demands
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as property management, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless leasing processes
- Manage relationships with existing tenants, addressing their concerns, and fostering positive tenant experiences
- Oversee the preparation of office leasing reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management review
- Stay updated on regulatory requirements, zoning laws, and other legal considerations related to office leasing
- Represent Adani in industry events, networking activities, and client meetings to promote the company's office properties
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
