Job Purpose: Lead - Interiors Finishes is responsible for leading Adani Airports' interior design programs for Terminal buildings, cityside development (CSD) projects and ATC Complexes. With a focus on design management from concept to as-built stages, this role ensures that all interior projects align with the airport's long-term development vision. The role requires extensive experience in large-scale airport infrastructure, particularly in terminals, to deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable design solutions that enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.

Education:

Bachelor of Architecture (mandatory)

Preferred: Master of Architecture from reputed institutes (e.g., CEPT University, SPA)

Experience:

15-18 years in architectural design for real estate and hospitality projects

Proven track record of leading full-cycle projects from concept to completion

Certifications:

No mandatory certifications; relevant design certifications are advantageous

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

Strong understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design

Expertise in hospitality-led architectural concepts

Behavioral Skills

Exceptional leadership and communication

Strong problem-solving and attention to detail

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment

Non-Negotiable Skills

Interiors & Architectural Design for hospitality-led mixed-use development

Experience in business parks and retail design

At least one full cycle from concept development to on-site completion

The Lead Design Interiors will be an Architect responsible for driving interior design initiatives for real estate and hospitality projects. The role demands expertise in approvals, conceptualization, and execution of mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee interior & architectural design for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces

Prepare and issue RFPs for design consultants and vendors

Review GFC drawings for accuracy and completeness

Drive value engineering initiatives

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful execution

Implement and manage BIM processes for design coordination

Ensure adherence to brand standards and sustainability principles

Mentor junior architects and foster a high-performing team

Conduct site visits and participate in project meetings

Continuously improve design processes and methodologies
