In depth Knowledge of CNC and PLC machines with fanuc and Siemens for gear cutting ie hobbing and shaving, gear grinding and housing machining ie HMC and VMC
Indepth Knowledge of Transmission Assembly line wth trouble shooting.
In depth Knowledge of 7QC tools, ISO 9000, TS 16949, TPM, DWM, 5S.
Hands on experience for trouble shooting on variosus machine tools and furnaces in Heat Treatment
Basic knowledge of Heat Treatment.
Knowledge about Innovation
Knowledge about change management.
Knowledge about Global trends in machining.
Technological upgrades with benchmark practices.
Knowledge about Low cost automation technology.
