People Technology Analyst - SuccessFactors Platform/EC

Partners with various levels of People Technology and Operation team members and internal stakeholders to provide guidance and support on HR business processes, system functionality, and operational improvements within SAP SuccessFactors. Works closely with peers and business partners to support projects, system enhancements, testing activities, troubleshooting, and configuration updates related to SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), Position Management, workflows, notifications, and business rules.

Serves as a second-level escalation point for the People Support Team for SF Platform, EC, and Core HR related issues. Assists with maintaining system integrity, security, data quality, and process efficiency while supporting ongoing system upgrades, releases, patches, and operational initiatives. Supports innovation efforts related to Agentic AI, SAP SuccessFactors Joule, and intelligent employee experiences.
Demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills while maintaining confidentiality and supporting operational excellence across People Technology systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support and configure SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, Position Management, workflows, notifications, and business rules.
  • Support and maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), user access provisioning, and security administration.
  • Provide second-level support and troubleshooting for SF Platform, EC, and Core HR related issues.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, validation, and production support activities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements and support solution delivery.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain system and process documentation.
  • Support reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting activities using SuccessFactors reporting tools.

Team Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support and optimize People Technology systems and processes.
  • Configure, support, and maintain People Technology systems and applications.
  • Execute testing activities for upgrades, enhancements, and system changes.
  • Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause identification.
  • Support operational improvements and process efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to HR users and internal stakeholders.
  • Support reporting, dashboards, analytics, and data quality initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
  • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Joule and intelligent automation capabilities is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
