Role Description The Medical Telecaller role is a full-time remote position responsible for engaging with patients, healthcare providers, and radiology partners to support the use of IdentifyX’s AI-driven diagnostic tools. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, explaining services and processes, collecting and verifying patient and scan-related information, and addressing basic queries about the platform. The Medical Telecaller will coordinate with internal teams to schedule consultations, follow up on reports, and ensure timely communication of required information. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the system, adhering to confidentiality and compliance guidelines, and providing a courteous, professional experience during every interaction. This position requires consistent collaboration with clinical and operations teams to help improve service quality and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to explain medical and technical information in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess skills in telephone etiquette, customer support, and active listening to handle patient and provider calls professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic medical terminology knowledge, especially related to radiology and diagnostic imaging, with the ability to understand prescriptions and reports.
- Candidates should possess data entry and documentation skills, including accurate recordkeeping and familiarity with CRM or healthcare information systems.
- Candidates should possess problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage call volumes, prioritize follow-ups, and meet response time targets.
- Candidates should possess comfort with digital tools and remote work platforms, including video conferencing, email, and chat-based communication.
- Prior experience in medical calling, healthcare customer service, or hospital/clinic front desk operations is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in healthcare, life sciences, allied health, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
