Are you an experienced customer support professional with a strong background in international voice processes? We're building a dedicated customer support team in India for a leading global event ticketing platform and are looking for professionals who thrive on resolving customer concerns with empathy, ownership, and efficiency.
'05; Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding ticket bookings, cancellations, refunds, disputes, and account-related concerns.
'05; Own customer grievances end-to-end—from complaint registration to resolution.
'05; Assist customers with platform navigation, booking issues, and escalation processes.
'05; Manage payment disputes and chargeback-related queries.
'05; Maintain accurate customer records through CRM and ticketing systems.
'05; Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting quality, CSAT, and resolution KPIs.
'14;️ 3+ years of experience in Voice/BPO operations.
'14;️ Minimum 1 year in a US or International Voice Process.
'14;️ Experience in Insurance, BFSI, Credit Card Services, Claims Processing, or Grievance Management is highly preferred.
'14;️ Strong complaint resolution and escalation handling skills.
'14;️ Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional communication style.
'14;️ Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Freshdesk, or similar tools.
'14;️ Stable employment history with demonstrated tenure and commitment.
