Job Description

Job Description: Video Content Creator & Digital Storyteller\n\nCompany: Wellnest (Horizon by Wellnest) — Child Mental Wellness\nWebsite: https://horizon.wellnestgroup.life/\nLocation: [On-site] Miyapur\nExperience: 4–5 years\nType: Full-time\n\nAbout Us\nWellnest is a child mental wellness center on a mission to make emotional and psychological well-being a normal, stigma-free part of every family’s life. Through Horizon by Wellnest, we create warm, reassuring, parent-facing content that helps families raise emotionally healthy children (ages 4–18). We don’t just post — we educate, destigmatize, and build a community of parents who feel seen and supported.\nWe’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content, understands what makes things spread, and is excited to be on camera helping us grow our digital presence.\n\nThe Role\nYou’ll own our video and content engine end-to-end — from idea to camera to publish.

You’re equally comfortable scripting a scroll-stopping hook, standing in front of a lens to deliver it, and reading the analytics to make the next one perform even better. You understand that in this space, reach and relatability beat polish.\nThis is a high-visibility, high-ownership role for a creator who is genuinely passionate about going viral for the right reasons — meaningful content that actually helps parents.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\nCreate videos in person — present, host, and appear on camera as the face of our short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form).\nGenerate content end-to-end — ideate, script, shoot, and collaborate on edits across YouTube and Meta (Instagram + Facebook).\nHook-first storytelling — open every piece by naming a specific parental pain point in the first 5–8 seconds, and tie every CTA back to that pain.\nEngineer for virality — build keyword-centric, hashtag-layered content (niche + mid + broad), ride trending formats and cultural moments, and optimize relentlessly for reach.\nOwn the content calendar — maintain a consistent, high-volume publishing rhythm across platforms.\nRead the data — track views, watch-time, shares, saves, and engagement; double down on what works and kill what doesn’t.\nProtect the brand voice — translate sensitive child-mental-health topics into warm, credible, reassuring content that builds trust.\n\nWhat You Bring\n4–5 years of hands-on experience creating content and short-form video for social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).\nA proven track record of viral or high-reach content — you can point to numbers, not just nice-looking posts.\nOn-camera confidence — you’re comfortable and natural presenting to a lens.\nStrong grasp of digital presence & social SEO — keywords, hashtags, trends, formats, and platform algorithms.\nSharp scripting and storytelling instincts , especially hook-writing and CTA design.\nWorking knowledge of video shooting and editing (or tight collaboration with editors).\nGenuine passion for visibility and growth — you want to make content that spreads and obsess over the next viral idea.\nSensitivity, maturity, and care when handling mental-health and parenting topics.\n\nBonus Points\nExperience in health, wellness, parenting, education, or any purpose-driven/community-building niche.\nComfort with regional-language content (e.g., Telugu, English, Hindi) and code-mixed conversational delivery.\nFamiliarity with analytics tools and basic performance/paid-social concepts.\nA personal portfolio, channel, or reel that shows your range.\n\nWhy Join Us\nBe the face and voice of a brand that genuinely improves children’s and families’ lives.\nHigh creative ownership — your ideas ship, fast.\nA role where reach has real impact : every viral post reaches a parent who needs it.\n\nTo Apply\nSend your CV, your portfolio/showreel, and links to 2–3 pieces of content you’re proudest of (bonus: tell us why they performed). Submissions with on-camera examples will be prioritized.
