The Role

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the heart of Valiance's growth strategy. You will own enterprise sales in Bangalore and nationally — hunting new logos, growing existing accounts, and building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers across industries. You will work directly with the founding team, with full presales and technical support behind you.

What You Will Do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pipeline creation to negotiation and closure — for enterprise accounts
  • Hunt and acquire new logos across target industries; grow and expand existing accounts
  • Build and nurture CXO and senior stakeholder relationships across accounts
  • Work closely with presales and technical teams to craft compelling, solution-oriented pitches and proposals
  • Represent Valiance at industry events, customer meetings, and partner forums across Bangalore and nationally
  • Provide market intelligence and customer insights directly to the founding team to shape GTM strategy
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets with a strong focus on outcomes

What We Are Looking For

  • 8–12 years of overall industry experience; minimum 6 years in enterprise sales in IT services, AI/ML solutions, SaaS, or cloud platforms
  • Demonstrated track record of new logo acquisition and account growth in enterprise or mid-market segments
  • Strong existing network with CXOs, CDOs, CIOs, or heads of digital transformation in large enterprises
  • Experience selling complex, consultative technology solutions — not transactional
  • High energy, loves to travel, thrives on meeting people and building relationships
  • Outcome-oriented with a bias for action — finds a way to make things happen
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; not afraid to try novel ideas and unconventional approaches
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
