The Role
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can confidently handle client communication, translate briefs into strong content ideas, and work closely with internal creative teams to bring those ideas to life.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role, perfect for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for clients on social media accounts
- Understand client goals, brand tone, and requirements
- Conceptualize content ideas and campaigns aligned with client objectives
- Present concepts to clients and incorporate feedback
- Coordinate with internal graphic designers & video editors to produce assets
- Create and manage monthly content calendars
- Handle client approvals and ensure timely posting across platforms
- Monitor performance and trends to continuously improve content
- Prepare monthly performance reports at the start of each month, showcasing:
- What was posted
- What worked (and why)
- Key metrics & insights
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies
- Strong communication & client-handling skills
- Ability to think in concepts, not just posts
- Good understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn (bonus if you know others)
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple accounts
- Experience working with creative teams (design/video)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics & reporting
