US Engineering Recruiter

About the Role

We are hiring a US Engineering Recruiter who can identify, engage, and close top engineering talent across Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Structural, Manufacturing, and related domains. You’ll work closely with US clients, engineering leaders, and project managers to deliver talent that drives innovation and operational excellence.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow, lead, and be part of a high‑performance global team.

What You Will Do

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for niche engineering roles across multiple US clients.
• Partner with hiring managers to decode complex technical requirements and project needs.
• Source high‑quality engineers using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, niche engineering platforms, and market intelligence.
• Evaluate candidates for technical expertise (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, PE/FE, ANSYS, MATLAB, etc.) and domain fit.
• Manage interviews, assessments, salary negotiations, and offer closures with precision.
• Maintain strong communication across US time zones and deliver an exceptional stakeholder experience.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for hard‑to‑hire engineering skill sets.
• Uphold US hiring standards include EEO compliance, documentation, and background checks.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2-6 years of US engineering/technical recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles across design, manufacturing, construction, EPC, and industrial domains.
• Proven expertise in sourcing US‑based talent (W2/C2C/1099).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
