Job Description
Safety Officer – Key Responsibilities (Construction / Mivan Projects) Ensure compliance with HSE policies, statutory regulations, and client safety requirements across all construction activities. Conduct daily site safety inspections for Mivan formwork, RCC, scaffolding, work at height, lifting operations, and finishing works, ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, risk assessments (JSA/RA), and enforce the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system for high-risk activities. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, prepare reports, and implement preventive and corrective measures to achieve zero accidents. Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and consultants to promote a strong safety culture and maintain complete HSE documentation and audit compliance.
