This role is responsible for managing and growing brand presence across social media platforms, including planning and executing content calendars, campaigns, and engagement initiatives.

Day-to-day tasks include creating and editing posts, coordinating with design and content teams, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for reach and interaction. The Social Media Manager will respond to audience interactions, manage community conversations, and ensure brand tone and messaging are consistent across channels. The role also involves staying updated on platform trends, competitor activity, and best practices to continually refine Spinta Digital’s social media approach.\n\nQualifications\n\nStrong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.\nExcellent Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.\nAbility to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.\nExperience with social media analytics tools, reporting, and using data to guide decision-making.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing concepts, paid social campaigns, and basic SEO principles is beneficial.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.\nCollaborative mindset and ability to work closely with creative, design, and marketing teams on-site.
