Job Description:
Technical Skills - 7 to 11 years of application development experience in ASP .Net MVC 5.0, Microsoft .Net framework 4.0 and above with multi-tier architectures.- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance .NET solutions.- Define architecture standards, best practices, and technical roadmaps.- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.- Expertise in .NET Core, Microservices, Cloud (Azure preferred), and API integration.- Experience in SQL Server- Experience in application development in Pharma domain. Preferably with knowledge on clinical trial, electronic data capture, SDTM- A passion for developing intuitive user interfaces. Developing intuitive interfaces using D3 library- Experience in using Web APIs and complex stored procedures in development- Experience on designing configurable workflows in .Net- Experience on developing DB agnostic application- Excellent communication skills to interact with Business SMEs and get requirements. - Proven experience of mentoring junior team members- Strong software and design skills as well as the ability to oversee delegated programming tasks and to perform code reviews- Develop and maintain application code in support of new product development, feature enhancement and issue resolution- Provide the hands-on programming skills necessary to meet development goals and deadlines- Act as technical lead for product able to recommend best practice solutions to technical problems- Able to effectively understand and translate product and business requirements into technical solutions- Provide technical support for existing products and help ensure the smooth running of their updating and maintenance- Provide clear communication to project team and report on progress against planned milestones- Provide influence and leadership with regards to determining and implementing overall programming standards, guidelines and best practices
