• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Kronos
• Payroll process knowledge is mandatory.
• Expertise on Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Hire to Termination, Payroll validations in ERP applications and handling Absence, Accruals, Timekeeping & Payroll modules in KRONOS Dimensions.
• Hands on experience in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Case preparation and Test execution.
• Need good functional tester with good communication skills.
• Good to have Test Automation (Java + Selenium) expertise.
• Knowledge of work rules, pay rules, accruals, holidays, and labor rules
• Experience with Kronos interfaces (Web Services, WIM, flat files)
• Strong understanding of workforce compliance and labor laws
• Experience in Kronos Workforce Dimensions (WFD) / Workforce Central (WFC)
• Good understanding of Payroll integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
