Job Description:
1) Proven experience of delivering solutions using ServiceNow development best practices
2) Knowledge of Core Platform, Business Rules, UI workflows, Forms Design Integration, Service Catalog Design, Scripted API etc.
3) Core experience on SPM / PPM Implementation
4) Data Migration from other tools to SPM Modules i.e. Project Management & Workspace, Resource Management Workspace, Time sheet policies setup, Configuration Labor Rate cards, SPM Benchmarks
5) Configuration knowledge on Agile Development 2.0, financials for Portfolio Planning, Strategic Portfolio Management Workspace, Integration of Agile Work Items with PPM
6) Expected hands on with all ServiceNow components such as Client Script, Business Rules, UI Actions, UI Pages, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Scripts, Script Actions, REST APIs, Email Notifications, etc.
7) Experience in Automation suites i.e. Flow & Playbooks
8) Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
9) Developing solutions on ServiceNow platform using an "Architecture first" principle
10) Working with Business Analysts on technical stories, ensuring timely delivery during Sprint cycles
11) Contributing unit tests using team's automated testing framework, participating in code reviews, pair programming and UAT defect resolution
12) Expected development experience in ServiceNow is minimum of 3-5 years
