Job Description:
Work closely with Technical Lead, Support Analyst for support issues, bug fixes, change requests and minor enhancements. Build MuleSoft Integrations and APIs. Ability to utilize the entire MuleSoft stack for the purpose of Flow development. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Provide required support during Testing and end to end lifecycle till Go-Live Build Unit testing along with low-level documentation as required for API integration processes. Handle release management requirements as part of code change needs. Provide re-quired support Testing and end to end lifecycle till Go-Live. Post Go-Live, provide hyper care support. Participate in Knowledge transfer from Development team.
