Role Summary
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Lead Generation Consultant with proven experience in the US Staffing industry, specializing in direct client acquisition and promoting Onshore, Offshore, and Nearshore staffing solutions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating qualified leads, and setting up meetings with key decision-makers to drive new business growth.
Key Responsibilities - Identify and qualify direct client opportunities across the US market.
- Execute outbound lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings with hiring managers, HR leaders, procurement teams, and business stakeholders.
- Position staffing solutions across Onshore, Offshore, and Nearshore delivery models.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to align client requirements with talent capabilities.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular pipeline and lead-generation reports.
- Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in US Staffing Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong track record in direct client acquisition.
- Good understanding of IT/Professional Staffing, MSP/VMS programs, and workforce solutions.
- Experience selling or supporting Onshore, Offshore, and Nearshore staffing models.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and prospecting skills.
