As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in our Housing Finance division. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions.   • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of housing finance products and the Indian real estate market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
  • Identify and convert leads, generating new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on housing finance products and services.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications, maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, offering innovative solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Attend industry events and network to expand the bank's presence and reputation.
