Roles and Responsibilities
As a core member of our Infrastructure and Climate Advisory (ICA) team, the candidate will contribute to technology-enabled transformation across infrastructure and large capital projects.
Client Engagements
Support the design and delivery of technology solutions for infrastructure clients, including public sector agencies and transportation departments
Apply digital tools - including data platforms, automation frameworks, and emerging technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI) - to improve project reporting, compliance tracking, and decision-making across capital programs.
Translate business and operational requirements into solution blueprints and workflows, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and client expectations.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement through iterative feedback and performance metrics.
Internal Innovation & Stakeholder Management
Participate in internal initiatives to advance the use of infrastructure technologies, including AI, within the firm's advisory services.
Mentor team members on solution design and digital workflows and contribute to the development of training materials and documentation to support adoption.
Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to align on technology strategy, implementation plans, and business outcomes.

Educational qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field from an accredited institute.
Certifications in areas such as Project Management, Data Analytics, or AI/ML (e.g., Certified AI Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent) are preferred.
Prior Experience
6-10 years of experience in infrastructure or capital projects, with exposure to technology-enabled transformation, digital tools, or AI-based solutions.
Mandatory technical & functional skills
Familiarity with project management platforms, data visualization tools, and automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience in emerging technologies including Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, or intelligent document processing tools.
Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs and workflows, ensuring usability and compliance.
Demonstrated experience in applying Generative AI concepts - such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and multi-agent frameworks - to design intelligent workflows and enhance infrastructure or capital project solutions.
Familiarity with leading Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and Azure OpenAI, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams to evaluate, customize, and deploy AI-enabled tools for real-world use cases.
