We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead the technology function supporting payments in the retail banking domain. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end payment systems, ensuring high availability, regulatory compliance, and driving transformation initiatives across digital payments platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Platform & Application Management
- Manage and oversee critical payment systems such as:
- UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS
- Cards & POS systems
- Payment gateways and digital wallets
- Ensure high uptime, performance, and reliability of payment platforms
- Lead system upgrades, patches, and release management
Team Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage a team of developers, support engineers, and vendors
- Define team goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and production support SLAs
Program & Project Management
- Drive strategic initiatives such as payment modernization and cloud adoption
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, execution, delivery)
- Collaborate with business, product, and operations teams
Incident & Problem Management
- Oversee issue resolution and ensure minimal downtime
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement
- Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting frameworks
Stakeholder & Vendor Management

Work closely with stakeholders (business, compliance, ops)
- Ensure contract and SLA adherence
